"I have tried a couple of dog boarding for Sumo but I must admit, Kiki is always the first person I check with if I have to board Sumo. I highly recommend to my friends who require a boarder. Kiki is really the best pet boarder one can have. Before the boarding, Kiki will check with me and let me know which dogs will be staying during the same period. She provides a lot of updates of Sumo, which I am so grateful for. From the videos, I can see that Sumo always enjoys himself. She is very attentive, takes care of sumo really well and plays well with him (he loves to find her for attention). Sumo tends to be more naughty and will playbite but Kiki can handle him really well. He is a big guy, 22kg. Thank you so much Kiki! ❤️"

"Coby stayed over at their place for one night. Clarabel and her husband took care of Coby like their own. We felt comforted knowing that Coby is in good hands. "Hilda is a fantastic dog sitter who is reliable. She is kind and loving towards my JJ. I can see that JJ had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay under her guidance and care. She posted many pics and videos to show how JJ was settling at her place. He really looked comfortable and happy. She asked me important questions to help her take care of JJ better. Her tender loving care and patience made JJ feel comfortable. JJ feels uncomfortable with strangers but i am surprised that he was fine with Hilda. I think he did not feel like he was in a different house and felt at home with her. In fact, he came back home looking satisfied and de-stressed after a staycation.
I would totally recommend 'Kind Hilda,' to anyone who needs a kind, loving and trust worthy person to take care of their darlings. It was my first time trying 'Pawshake,' and i was a little apprehensive about the quality of service offered, but i am very happy and will come back again. Thank you Pawshake and thank you Hilda!"

"Aileen is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for! She knows how to handle our anxious dog well and also shared with us alot of updates with pictures and videos of our dog everyday when we were overseas, which gave us the much needed reassurance. She really bonded well with our dog since Day 1 and we could tell he was happy spending time with her - going on walks, play time, and doing all the sniff/nose work with the toys she has at home. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Peace of mind, send updates and communication/videos daily. My dogs were so well taken care of, they felt so at home.
