"This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. She provided regular updates on Snowee well-being and also specially cooked food for her when she sees that Snowee didn't want to eat the food that we bought for her. From the photos that were sent to us, we could tell that Snowee was enjoying her stay with Kyler. Thank you so much Kyler. "Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Lester took great care of Yuki during his stay! I was kept updated constantly of how he was faring in a new environment. Yuki was also brought out on walks often and was also fed his medication promptly! Yuki refused to go back and really liked Lester alot haha, which tells me he was treated with lots of TLC :) would definitely send yuki to Lester again in the future! "

"Aileen is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for! She knows how to handle our anxious dog well and also shared with us alot of updates with pictures and videos of our dog everyday when we were overseas, which gave us the much needed reassurance. She really bonded well with our dog since Day 1 and we could tell he was happy spending time with her - going on walks, play time, and doing all the sniff/nose work with the toys she has at home. Would definitely reach out to her again in the future and I highly recommend Aileen to any pet owners out there 😊😊"

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Eileen and her partner took care of my puppy for 10 days and she had the best time there! You can tell that they really care for your pet and always went the extra mile. They sent us multiple daily updates of her playing, eating or on walks, and answered my questions everyday 😅. They really care for your dogs overall well-being, making sure they are always happy and healthy! They also tried their best to follow her usual schedule so she would be able to adapt better. (Even taught her how to paw! :P)I think my puppy has even come to love staying there!
Everything she says in her profile is true! They treat their dogs as their own kids, and they’re all very friendly and well behaved! My puppy even made a best friend there! 🤩

"Beatriz was AMAZING with our beloved dog a pug named Goose.
Her communication was fantastic, our dog was happy and relaxed his whole stay. We received lots of photos and videos of him playing, eating and getting lots of love!
