"Beatriz was AMAZING with our beloved dog a pug named Goose.
Her communication was fantastic, our dog was happy and relaxed his whole stay. We received lots of photos and videos of him playing, eating and getting lots of love!
I wouldn’t hesitate to book Beatriz again she is a fantastic dog sitter, a lovely person and clearly loves animals. We didn’t have a worry in the world knowing Goose was in such good hands leaving us able to fully enjoy our holiday. "

"It was 110% the right choice made to leave Hazel with Celine while we went on our family holiday.
I communicated with Celine like less than 48 hours before bringing Hazel over so I am extra thankful for taking her in on short notice. She also set up a group chat for easy communication upon confirmation and was very open about adding family members in it so everyone is updated on the our pet's well-being.
My family brought Hazel over and was impressed at her living space. With our number one priority being no other dogs being around the same space as Hazel, Celine's place was perfect because Hazel doesnt have any of her own.
Celine and Xavier orientated us around their living space and can see that they are have a very natural animal lovers vibe through their interaction with Hazel. The best part was Hazel was also comfortable around them and was exploring their place which made us felt very at ease.
Shortly after we left, leaving Hazel behind at her "boarding place" (which was really like a holiday staycation for her!), Celine texted with a video showing Hazel's behaviour and that left us feeling that she is in really good hands.
Things that made us felt at ease during our holidays:
- Xavier was constantly updating us with videos and photos of her walks and even given us some really beautiful photos of Hazel.
-There were good night photos to show that Hazel was able to rest comfortably.
- Celine knew it was Hazel's first time away from family after 12 years and she even went back on her lunch break during work to see how she was doing.
- When Hazel didnt finish her food, Celine actually hand fed her to ensure she didnt starve herself due to being in a new environment. she even made warm milk to let Hazel finish her kibbles on her own, which she did!
- Hazel got to experience a dog park without dog and was given a great time off leash, accompanied with a video to share with us the beautiful experience. (dog park was fenced up and it was a morning with no other dogs around so very safe!)
- Celine was also acute enough to notice Hazel's right eye was producing more mucus than usual and notified us while cleaning her up. That shows how much they actually cared for a pet that is not even their own. So much heart really!
I strongly recommend Celine and Xavier for pet boarding services as they are really people with a heart for animals (some things you just can feel, apart from seeing the obvious through the way they texted and updated us!)
It was our first family trip since we've had Hazel and my Dad's number 1 concern was her well-being while we were gone. Celine and Xavier made 100% sure that all those concerns can be put aside safely. Our entire family were extremely happy with the pet boarding experience they have provided us with!
Communication was very easy as they are super responsive! Obviously, Celine has a life to live as well so I do not expect immediate replies as soon as I text. But the updates they gave were really more than what we expected!
Super thankful to have found them and definitely will recommmend others and also let Hazel go for another staycation at their place if we were to go for another family holiday!
Honestly, nothing made us question or felt that anything was off. It was more assuring than we could ever imagine engaging a pet boarding service from a stranger!"

"Left 2 of my cats for boarding at her place. Her two cats were friendly with my cats after a short while and they seemed to enjoy their time there. Her house was very clean and spacious enough for the cats to play around and stay active. She provided timely updates on the cats' breakfast/lunch/dinner and can provide pictures or video messages on our cats, ensuring their safety at all times. She is also timely in replying any questions we asked. I would definitely board them again for our next trip seeing as she is such a responsible cat sitter."

"Saranya took good care of Sasha - our 8-year old Sheltie - and Toto - our 3-month old kitten. She sent us photos of our pets while we were overseas, which helped to reassured us that they were okay. This was especially important to us as we had just adopted Toto and were concerned that she might not be able to adapt. "No words can describe how grateful I am to Lester for being willing to look after our 8 months cross Spitz puppy while the family is away for a week. We adopted our puppy at 5 months from a sheltered home and did not expect our dog to be aggressive and bite Lester on the 2nd day of boarding. Despite the incident, Lester continued to look after our puppy like his own. As a sheltered dog, our puppy has missed his socialization period with other puppies. At the end of the boarding, he managed to make 2 new friends. We are very thankful to Lester.

"Hi,
We used a dog sitter for the first time and encountered a lot of the caretaker. We chose Andy because he has a great knowledge of dogs and dog care. It also has a house suitable for this and allows the dog great freedom. I recommend Andy's dog sitter services. he was able to adapt easily to our 8 month old Shiba Inu who was still very energetic and sometimes unruly heads. My dog had a great experience with Nikki and Petrina and has built a good relationship with them. I can tell that she really likes going to their place and excitedly greets them upon sight which is so heartwarming to see.
My dog isn’t a “simple dog” as she has some health issues and personality quirks and takes a while to trust new people. But they both took the time to talk to me and learn about what my dog needed to be comfortable and feel safe and applied everything I said and read her cues and were able to develop a great relationship with her over time.
They took great care of my dog and were really dedicated and conscientious about everything that my dog required especially any thing relating to her health and personal preferences. They’re simply awesome and I know my dog is already missing them!"

"Josephine is absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative and very understanding of our situation. Bobby our dog, is partially blind and would get stuck very often and start barking at odd hours, Josephine did not complain once, yet she suggested some options we could consider to help bobby based of her past experience with a matter of similar caliber. She did her best to make sure bobby is much well taken care off and rested. We were able to take out mind off and relax thanks to josephine and her husband. They are really lifesavers and more then accommodating. I can tell they care for whomever’s pet they help sot for as they would their own. They’re wonderful people to have sit your dogs whilst you’re away.☺️"

"My dog, Morris, stayed with Peggy while we were away and I honestly felt bad taking him back home because he had such a great time at hers! Peggy took him on long walks every day and often took him to dog parks to run around with Siu Yuk and the other dog in her care. Peggy sent me pictures and videos of him and the other dogs every day and she even gave him food and treats that I didn't provide (added boiled chicken to his food and dehydrated treats for him). Morris has very curly fur and Peggy kindly gave him a bath and brushed him without us asking before he came home to us. Morris had also chewed up his harness before his stay so Peggy let him use one of her harnesses so he'd be more comfortable. I would highly recommend that you let your dog stay with Peggy - I've seen her take great care of her dogs firsthand and they go wherever she goes. She is definitely someone who genuinely cares for dogs and goes the extra mile to take them to fun places for them to play. They get to sleep in a lovely place that feels like a home and they're treated like Peggy's own pets. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks so much, Peggy xxx"

"Cyndi is the perfect dog sitter. After I arranged to leave my 2 dogs with her, one unexpectedly went into heat but Cyndi still took them in and cared for them. My family loved and appreciated the photos and videos she sent frequently and we could see our dogs enjoying themselves and interacting with her sweet Marshmallow. I cannot recommend Cyndi enough, she took care of my dogs just like her own. She is the best and we won’t hesitate to put our dogs with her again."
