"I cannot recommend Ivy, and thank her enough for her help for the past 2 weeks. After two unexpected cancellations from other pet boarders, I was feeling incredibly stressed and at a complete loss about who could care for my dog Chloe. Despite the last-minute request, she responded to me with so much understanding, empathy, and kindness, and kept assuring me.
From the very beginning, it was obvious that she genuinely cared about Chloe's well-being. She didn't just provide basic care—she took the initiative to exercise and play with Chloe regularly because she knew Chloe needed to lose some weight. It was clear that she tailored her care to Chloe's individual needs, and I truly appreciated the extra effort.
Chloe is an extremely timid dog who usually takes a long time to warm up to new people, so I was amazed by how quickly she became comfortable with her. That alone speaks volumes about her patience, gentle nature, and ability to make pets feel safe and loved.
Throughout the boarding period, she kept me updated every other day with messages and photos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Her communication was prompt, thoughtful, and reassuring, and I never once had to wonder how Chloe was doing.
She is incredibly professional, dedicated, and genuinely passionate about caring for animals. I am so grateful that she stepped in when I needed help the most, and I know Chloe was in the best possible hands. Thank you for going above and beyond—I would not hesitate to entrust Chloe to you again, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet boarder."

"Coco had such a great time staying with Christine for 8 days! She was so happy playing and socializing with all the other dogs.
Christine was also amazing at keeping us updated — she constantly sent photos and videos, and always let us know how Coco was doing, which made us feel very reassured throughout the stay. We could tell she really cared about making sure all the dogs interacted safely, and she also followed all the little daily things we asked her to pay attention to for Coco.
Not only Christine, but her whole family are clearly huge dog lovers, and we could really feel that Coco was being cared for with lots of love and attention.
We’re really happy with the experience and definitely trust Christine a lot. Coco would 100% love to stay with her again in the future 😊"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"This is our first time dog boarding and we had a wonderful experience with Melissa, she went above and beyond with daily updates (pictures and videos) and even a video storey. Melissa cared for titto like she was her own and make sure to understand titto’s behaviours and mannerisms. We were so glad to know that Titto almost immediately settled herself in her new environment even though she is usually a rather anxious and nervous dog. Aisha and Ding dong were wonderful companions for titto to be around with. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Melissa again!!"

"We needed to find a pet sitter very last minute, and after looking around, we decided to leave our pug with Audrey, Hilary, and Irene because what stood out the most was that there would always be someone with the dogs 24/7.
Our pug can sometimes be nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about how she would adjust to the dogs in the house. But as soon as she arrived, she immediately started exploring the house and surprisingly got along very well with the other dogs, which made us feel so relieved. The dogs in their home were also senior dogs, so they respected each other’s space and did not bother one another. She also became clingy to them so quickly, which made us feel even more reassured that she was comfortable and happy there.
While caring for her, they took her on multiple walks, sent us adorable photos and updates, and genuinely cared for her with so much warmth and attention. Seeing her comfortable and well cared for gave us such peace of mind.
If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would absolutely trust Audrey, Hilary, and Irene again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!"

"This was our 5 month old puppy’s first boarding experience and although we were a little nervous, Mercury was incredible. "We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"
