"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We couldn't have been more pleased with the care Tashia and Mama Yang provided for our dogs, Ember and Enuka, during our holiday. "Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Big thank you to Celeste for taking such good care of my 9mo beagle!
Her attention to detail and level of cleanliness is top notch.
She walks the puppy for 3-4km twice a day and does a wipe down every walk and meal.
She’s also very patient and accommodating to my schedule and the puppy’s requirement.

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.

"We recently had the pleasure of having Weilin and Dickson to take care of our dog while we were on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they are true animal lovers with a deep understanding of pet care. They communicated with us regularly while we were away, sending updates and photos that put our minds at ease. "Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.
Wud love to ask again in case I’ll be away. "

"Mishka's with JL for 3 nights and she was super sweet to her.
She kept me updated with her photos and videos and even cooked meat porridge for her when she refused to eat her kibbles. I will definitely reach out to her again for dog boarding service."

"Angela's awesome! I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have found Angela to look after our Cavapoo. There are dog sitters... and then there's that special someone like Angela who not only loves dogs, is passionate about them, and genuinely cares and does her best to look after your furbaby.
From the meet and greet, I could tell how she has a gift with animals, and is able to manage them with ease and love, and also be firm with them when needed. The house is also very very clean, neat and odourless.
I appreciated the regular updates and ease of communications, and her good nature meant that the entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
My furbaby came back happy and well taken care of, and I certainly would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter or something to board your precious doggy with!!"
