Hello! I’m Weiling, founder of Walkies & Woofs. 🐶🤍

Walkies & Woofs was created in loving memory of my beloved dog, Snowy, who crossed the rainbow bridge last year. 🌈🐾

I was Snowy’s devoted pawrent for 11 wonderful years, giving me many years of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, grooming, medication, daily routines and, most importantly, providing lots of love and companionship.

After losing Snowy, my husband and I decided we weren’t ready to welcome another dog of our own, but my love for dogs never went away. I wanted to turn that love into something meaningful, and that’s how Walkies & Woofs began.

🏡 Boarding & Full-Time Supervision

I understand how difficult it can be to leave your furkid with someone else, so my aim is to provide a safe, loving and comfortable home away from home.

I provide full-time supervision, which means your furkid will have plenty of companionship and attention throughout their stay. I keep the number of furkids in my care small so I can give each one personal attention and get to know their individual personality and routine.

My home is a cage-free, home-style environment where your furkid can roam comfortably, relax, play and receive plenty of cuddles. ❤️

🦮 Walks & Exercise

Furkids staying with me will normally enjoy two walks a day, approximately 20 minutes each, usually along the Rail Corridor or at nearby parks. 🌳🐾

I’m happy to adjust the pace and routine depending on your dog’s age, energy level, health, usual walking habits and weather conditions.

🏠 Home Visits

For home visits, I will spend approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per visit, depending on your furkid’s needs and the services requested.

Visits can include feeding, refreshing water, toilet breaks, a walk, playtime, cuddles and companionship. I will follow your instructions and your furkid’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable even while you are away.

💊 Medication & Special Care

I am comfortable administering oral medication. Snowy required oral medication from the age of 7, so I have several years of personal experience caring for a dog who needed regular medication.

I understand the importance of following instructions carefully, including the correct dosage and timing. Please provide clear medication instructions before the booking.

I’m also happy to follow special feeding schedules and daily routines where possible.

📸 Regular Updates for Pawrents

I know how much we worry about our furkids when we’re apart. That’s why I’ll provide regular photo and video updates so you can see how your furkid is doing and enjoy greater peace of mind while you’re away. 📸❤️

Every dog has their own personality. Some love cuddles and attention, while others need a little more time and space to settle in. I’ll take the time to understand your furkid’s personality, feeding routine, walking habits, sleeping preferences and little quirks.

Before the first booking, I welcome a meet-and-greet so we can get to know one another and discuss your furkid’s needs and routine.

Most importantly, I’ll care for your furkid as I would want someone to have cared for Snowy — with patience, kindness, attention and lots of love. 🤍🐾
