Hi, I’m Charlotte Abigail Jackson!

I’m an animal lover with hands-on experience caring for and handling dogs of all sizes, from small to large breeds. I previously worked in a dog gym, where I gained experience with different breeds, personalities, temperaments and energy levels. I’m comfortable with energetic and strong dogs as well as dogs that may be shy or need a little extra patience to warm up.

I always take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs and will care for them with plenty of love, patience, attention and companionship. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, basic grooming and administering medication according to the owner’s instructions.

I live in an HDB with my parents, and there are no other pets in the household. I don’t have a backyard, so your dog will get their outdoor time through regular walks and toilet breaks.

Your dog is welcome to sleep in my room or wherever they feel most comfortable, depending on what they’re used to at home. I want their stay to feel as familiar and stress-free as possible.

I take a maximum of 2 dogs at a time, so I can give each dog plenty of individual care and attention.

I try to follow your dog’s usual routine and timings as closely as possible. I’ll ask about their normal feeding times, walking schedule, sleeping habits and anything else that helps them feel at home.

I generally provide 3 walks/outings per day — morning, evening and a final walk or toilet break before bedtime. Walk duration depends on your dog’s age, stamina, energy level and usual routine. I’ll always check with you about how long they normally walk and adjust accordingly.

My usual routes are around Telok Blangah, with longer walks towards Keppel Bay, Labrador Park or Gillman Barracksfor dogs that enjoy and are comfortable with longer walks. If I’m caring for your dog in your area, I’m also happy to follow their familiar walking routes.

A typical day may include an early morning walk, breakfast, rest, playtime, meals according to their normal schedule, an evening walk, dinner, some relaxation time and a final walk/toilet break before bedtime.

For home visits, I can provide feeding, fresh water, walks/toilet breaks, playtime, basic grooming, medication when required, and plenty of attention and companionship. The length of the visit can be discussed based on your dog’s individual needs.

For sleepovers, I’ll follow their normal morning, evening and bedtime routine as closely as possible. I’ll also respect your home and carefully follow any instructions regarding keys, doors, gates, alarms and home security.

I know it can be difficult being away from your furry one, so I’m happy to provide regular photos, videos, messages and even video calls so you can see how they’re doing.

When dog sitting, your dog will spend most of their time with me. If I do need to step out, they will generally only be left alone for 1–2 hours at most.

Most importantly, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, happy and loved, while giving you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is being well looked after.
