I'm a 19-year-old student currently pursuing a Diploma in Community Care. Caring for others has always been something I'm passionate about, and that extends to both people and animals. As a pet sitter and dog walker, I strive to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for every pup in my care.

While my caregiving certification is focused on human care, it has equipped me with strong knowledge of hygiene practices, safety protocols, and care standards, which can be especially reassuring for pawrents who value cleanliness and attentive care.

🐶 Personal Experience with Dogs

I have a Toy Poodle named Coco, whom I've grown up with since she was a puppy. Through caring for her, I've gained firsthand experience with dogs at different life stages—from energetic puppies to senior dogs.

Coco is a picky eater and often requires hand-feeding, so I am comfortable helping dogs who need extra encouragement during mealtimes. She also has tracheal collapse, which means she requires daily medication and inhaler treatments. Because of this, I am experienced in administering medication and handling dogs with ongoing medical needs.

I also have experience with:
• Indoor and outdoor potty routines
• Cleaning and changing pee trays
• Basic grooming and hygiene maintenance
• Monitoring dogs for signs of discomfort or illness
• Caring for puppies who are teething, play-biting, or have lots of energy

🚶 Dog Walks

Walks are typically around 30 minutes per session, depending on your dog's age, energy level, and needs. During walks, I focus on ensuring your pup gets exercise, mental stimulation, potty breaks, and plenty of attention.

🏡 Daycare & Care Routine

At the moment, I only accept one dog at a time. This allows me to give your pup my full attention and provide personalised care throughout their stay.

As it is currently the holiday season and I do not have any other job commitments, I am able to dedicate my time fully to your dog. A typical day includes:
• Regular potty breaks
• Walks and exercise sessions
• Feeding according to your dog's routine
• Playtime and companionship
• Rest periods in a calm environment
• Plenty of supervision and affection

I understand how important it is to know your furry friend is doing well. That's why I'll provide regular photo updates and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

❤️ Safety First

Your dog's safety is my top priority. In the event of an emergency, I am certified in Human CPR and AED and am familiar with emergency response procedures. I have also taken the initiative to read up on pet emergency techniques, including the Heimlich manoeuvre for dogs.
