Greetings. Ashleigh from Simei who is intensely passionate about wildlife and animal welfare, podcasts and commentaries, film and music.

I have no driver's license or anyone to drive me so I will be commuting via MRT and sometimes Grab to the houses I am sitting for.

I can speak English and rusty Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Unfortunately I can barely read Chinese.

I am born a Christian and able to hand any kind of foods if you need me to help with feeding of your animals.

I am looking at ideally houses in the East to go over to sit and walk your animals. 

I am currently still actively and obsessively job hunting for a new role and one of my first choices is related to animal welfare, rehabiliation and care.

I have been trying many times since 2021 to secure a promising role with animals both in Singapore and abroad. ideally working hands on with them.

I have attended some trials for vet assistant and dog daycare assistant in 2021 among various small businesses .

I have experience volunteering at dog boarding hotel Breakfast At Fluffys Joo Chiat under Elaine Ng and local dog shelters in Sungei Tengah briefly in the past.

I am now still helping out community cats everyday making my rounds in nearby areas and started this in May 2021.

I am passionate about animal welfare, animal care, anti speciesism and various breeds of dogs like the cane corso, glen of imaal terrier and dandie dinmont terrier to wild animals like the snow leopard and lions to farm animals like highland cows and pigs and marine animals like the orca

I am always ruminating about the animal kingdom and how they live life so much more reasonably than humans do in many ways and how we could never possess the powers of strength and agility like many apex predators do.

I am fine to walk and sit unvaccinated and unspayed animals too

My house is a condo with a small patio on the first floor. 

I have a Westie+Shih Tzu of my own who is a mighty HANDFUL. My dad got him in June 2019. I also often take my friend's long haired chihuahua out for excursions, interact frequently with various breeds of dogs at the dog park and deal with alot of community cats nearly everyday, some of whom are very friendly and a few of who sit on my lap and sometimes dont let me leave, hehe.
