I’m an animal lover who hopes to adopt a pet in the future when I’m able to provide a comfortable home and the right resources to care for them well. Until then, I’m keen to gain hands-on experience by helping other pet owners care for their pets and supporting their daily routines. I believe that every pet deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable, especially when their owners are away or busy.

I’m open to caring for all types of pets and am happy to follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I’m generally a calm and gentle person, and I value creating a reassuring environment for pets. Although, I’m also willing to adjust my energy level to better suit your pet’s needs, whether that means a relaxed walk or more engaged interaction, as long as expectations from pet owners are clear.

I’ve had a family pet before (a corgi), and while I wasn’t the primary caregiver, I interacted with it daily and helped with simple care such as refilling water and going on walks. I’m able to move at a slower, calmer pace with shyer pets, and be more playful with higher-energy pets when appropriate. During walks, I’m comfortable giving a looser leash in open areas, but will keep a shorter leash along roads or when unfamiliar pets are nearby for safety.

I pay attention to instructions and believe good communication with pet owners is important. I appreciate clear, specific instructions, and I hope you’re comfortable with me asking clarifying questions to ensure I care for your pet properly.
