"I canât say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at easeâand they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dogâs needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updatesâthey kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasnât just being âlooked after,â but genuinely cared for.

"We had a great awesome boarding experience with Mrs Koh! She is wonderful, meticulous, friendly and took care of our dog even better than us. She is the best pet sitter that we have ever encountered. Firstly, communication with her was great, she makes sure that she has details of our dogâs diet, routine and characteristics etc so that she has a better understanding of her. On the day of boarding, she walk my dog around her neighbourhood so that she can familiarise with the new surroundings.
Most importantly, Mrs Koh has two dogs and my dog loves company. She is adapting quickly and well because of her two wonderful dogs.
Mrs Koh gave us a lot a lot of updates! Updates that always sent throughout the day, the walks, meals taken and the cuddles etc. She even edit the videos and made them into videos for us to view. Without fail, she will bring my dog down for walks 4 times daily. On top of that, she even bring her to dog parks and Pasir Park to picnic. "

"Judy had taken amazing care of Truffle sending regular updates in the form of pictures and videos. She had given him so much time and used to play with him to keep him motivated. "We cannot thank Roxanne enough for the incredible care she gave our 7-month-old puppy, Leo, during his 4-day boarding while we were away on a short holiday. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving, responsible, and capable hands.
Roxanne went above and beyond in every way. Leo enjoyed multiple walks daily, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention â especially from her wonderful son, who was absolutely amazing with him. He spent so much time walking Leo and playing with him, treating him like his own. It was truly heart-warming to see how happy and comfortable Leo was with them.
What amazed us the most was the positive change in Leoâs behaviour when we brought him home. Before boarding, we always had to keep him in a playpen as he is still a puppy who loves to bite mats and plants. But after staying with Roxanne, he came home calmer, more disciplined, and so well-behaved. He happily walked around the living room, played quietly with his toys, slept on the sofa with us, and even chose to sleep on the living room floor.
The biggest surprise was his toilet habits â when he needed to pee, he actually walked into his playpen, used his pee tray, and walked out on his own. He did this twice, and we were completely amazed. It clearly shows how much effort, patience, and consistency Roxanne put into caring for and guiding him.
Throughout the 4 days, Roxanne kept us updated with photos and videos of Leoâs meals, walks, and playtime. We were constantly reassured and felt so peaceful knowing he was safe, happy, and having such a great time. She even woke up at 5am to feed him because that is his usual routine â she followed everything we shared so carefully that when we fetched him, there was no adjustment needed at all. He slept well, ate well, and was perfectly settled.
What touched us even more was that Roxanne checked in on Leo the day after he came home, just to make sure he was well and settled. That level of care and genuine concern is truly rare.
Roxanne is not just a pet boarder â she treats your pet like her own family. Her warmth, dedication, responsibility, and love for animals really shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her, and there is no doubt that Leo will be going back to her again whenever we travel.
Highly, highly recommended. Roxanne is simply the best! đđž"

"Bailey was well taken care of by Cliff during our holidays. He sent daily updates and it was really great to see the two of them cuddling up. He was detailed with care instructions before the stay commenced, and also took good note of our requirements. Big kudos with feeding as he managed to get Bailey to eat from the first meal with hand feeding. She usually only starts eating from the second meal with other sitters. Will definitely look to Cliff again for future dogcations!"

"Eugene and his girlfriend gave me the best dog boarding experience I have ever had. They looked after my two senior dogs, aged 15 and 13, with so much care and love, treating them as if they were their own.

"Recently left my doggy with Vera for 12 nights. It was a wonderful staycation for him as Vera really dotes on him like how she does to her own furby. She will update me daily with pictures and videos of his activities. And quick to let me know of any issues. And there is always someone around in her family so Taro has no lack of companions.
He returned home, happy and relaxed. Reckon he has an enjoyable stay with Vera's boarding home. Appreciate her TLC during this period. I will not hesitate to leave him under the care of Vera next time."

"Lilian took care of our dog for two weeks while we were on vacation out of country. We could tell she was the sitter for us as soon as she met our dog at the meet and greet! Our dog loved her immediately and it was obvious that Lilian is an animal lover herself. Lilian was so communicative, sending us photos and videos at least once a day and sometimes multiple times per day. Our dog didnât want to leave when it came time for her to come home! "Glad is a patient and caring sitter. My friend and I have been engaging his services for about a month now for both Riley and Snickers. He genuinely cares about dogs and pays extra care to their needs from dietary requirements, daily habits & needs. The dogs even get multiple walks daily and trips to the dog park where they get to socialize and play with the other dogs. What really makes me love placing the dogs there is that even his entire family loves them! My mind is at total ease whenever the dogs are under their care. There will always be someone around to watch over the dogs at home. I would definitely recommend Glad to those of you who are looking for a sitter for your doggos. "My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didnât want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I havenât engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandraâs frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandraâs parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face âşď¸ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandraâs help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"We couldnât have asked for a better dog sitter! From the very first interaction, Sree and Arun were professional, warm, and genuinely passionate about caring for dogs. Kiva felt comfortable immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day.
