"Charmaine is an absolute gem! We left our precious girl, javine with her and could immediately tell she genuinely loves animals — she sent regular updates and photos throughout, which put our minds completely at ease while we were away. Javine came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for (always the best sign!). Charmaine was reliable, communicative, and treated Javine like her own. "10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaine’s updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vet’s instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! 🫶🏻
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where he’s grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."

"Judy is a wonderful pet sitter, and I highly recommend her. She genuinely cares for the dogs she looks after and treated Truffles with so much patience and love.
What impressed me most was how attentive she was to Truffles' meals. She carefully monitored her eating, kept me updated, and even took the initiative to administer her gut protectant medication when needed. Her communication throughout the stay was excellent, with regular updates and photos that gave me complete peace of mind.
I'm truly grateful for the care Judy gave Truffles and I just booked her for December again. Thank you, Judy!"

"We had a wonderful experience boarding our dog with Ruby. From the very beginning, she took the time to get to know our dog’s personality, habits, and needs, which made the transition into a new environment smooth and stress-free.
One thing we truly appreciated was the daily updates throughout our trip. Knowing how our dog was doing each day gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our travels without worrying whether she was adapting well or being cared for properly.
Ruby also maintained our dog’s hygiene diligently, even though we did not specifically request it. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the dogs under her supervision really stood out.
