"I can’t say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease—and they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dog’s needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updates—they kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasn’t just being “looked after,” but genuinely cared for.
When I returned, my dog was calm, happy, and clearly had been in very good hands. I’m truly grateful for the love and dedication they showed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for responsible, compassionate pet sitters."

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"One more time, Krystal's dog-sitting was amazing! Floppy was so happy with all the walks throughout the day. Krystal and Kelv took great care of our pet. They spoiled her with fresh fruit bites, regular baths, and walks, and they accommodated our later pick-up time! We are a returning customer, and we would definitely love for Floppy to stay there again in the future. Plus, the condo is such a lovely place with lots of well-maintained paths to walk on!"

"Both Jae & Zq are obviously pet lovers themselves. Their home is very well kept and pet friendly. Their resident dog Elmo is very hospitable too! Charco felt super welcome, safe and comfortable the moment he was there with them. We were kept up to date with pics and videos of Charco’s daily activities and walks which we totally enjoyed getting in our WhatsApp Group Chat. Both Jae & Ze gave nothing but their best attention and care during Charco’s stay, ensuring he has his favourite morning egg and even took extra care when Charco had a little tummy upset. We have found Charco the best sitters in town and we are very lucky and happy to know them both and cute friendly Elmo too!

"We cannot thank Roxanne enough for the incredible care she gave our 7-month-old puppy, Leo, during his 4-day boarding while we were away on a short holiday. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving, responsible, and capable hands.
Roxanne went above and beyond in every way. Leo enjoyed multiple walks daily, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention — especially from her wonderful son, who was absolutely amazing with him. He spent so much time walking Leo and playing with him, treating him like his own. It was truly heart-warming to see how happy and comfortable Leo was with them.
What amazed us the most was the positive change in Leo’s behaviour when we brought him home. Before boarding, we always had to keep him in a playpen as he is still a puppy who loves to bite mats and plants. But after staying with Roxanne, he came home calmer, more disciplined, and so well-behaved. He happily walked around the living room, played quietly with his toys, slept on the sofa with us, and even chose to sleep on the living room floor.
The biggest surprise was his toilet habits — when he needed to pee, he actually walked into his playpen, used his pee tray, and walked out on his own. He did this twice, and we were completely amazed. It clearly shows how much effort, patience, and consistency Roxanne put into caring for and guiding him.
Throughout the 4 days, Roxanne kept us updated with photos and videos of Leo’s meals, walks, and playtime. We were constantly reassured and felt so peaceful knowing he was safe, happy, and having such a great time. She even woke up at 5am to feed him because that is his usual routine — she followed everything we shared so carefully that when we fetched him, there was no adjustment needed at all. He slept well, ate well, and was perfectly settled.
What touched us even more was that Roxanne checked in on Leo the day after he came home, just to make sure he was well and settled. That level of care and genuine concern is truly rare.
Roxanne is not just a pet boarder — she treats your pet like her own family. Her warmth, dedication, responsibility, and love for animals really shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her, and there is no doubt that Leo will be going back to her again whenever we travel.
Highly, highly recommended. Roxanne is simply the best! 💕🐾"

"Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. "Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.
It honestly felt like Duffy went for his own little holiday camp ! meeting new friends, having fun every day, and coming home happier.

"We are glad that we found Evelyn before our trip to leave our timid female dog Mochi with.
Evelyn & the family took great care of Mochi & kept us updated of what's going on regularly.
They brought Mochi for long walks twice a day on daily basis, an activity that our dog enjoys so much. no wonder Mochi seems to be relax & comfortable. this is something that gave us a relief.
Evelyn's expertise in handling dog was displayed from the moment we met, and throughout the boarding period. this has kept us at ease while we were away from Mochi. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely find Evelyn again if we need to board Mochi with.

"My Singapore Special dog, Mila, had a blast boarding with Charmaine. Mila was the only dog for the stay as she is highly selective with other dogs.
Charmaine gave daily regular updates on Mila, and took great care of Mila, which was extremely reassuring. With Charmaine, it felt non-commercial and that it was a friend who was caring for Mila in a very homely environment.

"Lilian took care of our dog for two weeks while we were on vacation out of country. We could tell she was the sitter for us as soon as she met our dog at the meet and greet! Our dog loved her immediately and it was obvious that Lilian is an animal lover herself. Lilian was so communicative, sending us photos and videos at least once a day and sometimes multiple times per day. Our dog didn’t want to leave when it came time for her to come home! I recently engaged Geraldine to care for my puppy Hershey for two separate boarding periods (December 1-11 and December 14-23), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided. Geraldine is clearly a very experienced dog lover, and it showed in every aspect of her care throughout both stays.
What impressed me most was Geraldine’s unwavering attention to detail and genuine dedication across both boarding periods. She provided daily updates on Hershey, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Beyond just feeding and walking, Geraldine went above and beyond - she cleaned Hershey’s feeding pot, carefully cleaned his paws, and even took care of his ear cleaning. These thoughtful actions demonstrated her commitment to maintaining Hershey’s hygiene and overall wellbeing.
The fact that Hershey settled in comfortably during both stays speaks volumes about Geraldine’s consistency and the trust she built with my puppy. Upon my return after each boarding period, Hershey was happy, healthy, and clearly at ease. It’s obvious that my puppy was in loving, capable hands throughout both experiences.
