Hi, I'm Janelle!

I'm genuinely excited to meet new pets and build a comfortable, trusting relationship from the very start — your pet's well-being is always my priority.

I previously worked as a basic groomer in grooming salons, where I gained hands-on experience with cats and dogs of many different (more commonly seen in SG) breeds, sizes, and personalities. Those years taught me how to read animal behaviour, stay calm under pressure, and handle pets gently and confidently.

I run my own startup, so on most days I'm out from late morning to mid-afternoon/morning to late afternoon — but I have my company vehicle with me, which means I can bring your pet along for the ride and even to my workplace, a clean, peaceful, ground-floor space where they're welcome to roam on a leash. It's low-traffic and easygoing, so most pets settle in just fine.

And if you'd love extra peace of mind, my husband is more than happy to be part of the arrangement too. He grew up with pets and shares the same genuine love for animals, so your pet will be in warm, familiar hands. He also works from home three days a week, which means there's almost always someone around.
