1. ABOUT ME

Beyond cats and dogs, I have experience caring for rodents (mice, hamsters, rabbits), birds (lovebirds, chickens), and aquatic pets (fish, terrapins, cherry shrimp). 

Motivation

My motivation for caring for pets grew after losing my 9-year-old Holland Lop and my family's 17-year-old Maltese. Not feeling ready to commit to another pet of my own after I quit my 15 year job, family and friends suggested I do full-time pet boarding, house sitting, and pet sitting.

Goal

I aim to provide pet owners with flexibility and transparency while treating every animal like my own. Basic care and hygiene are mandatory in my Joo Chiat apartment. For the safety and comfort of all animals in my care, pets with severe hygiene or behavioral issues will respectfully be turned down.

2. SERVICES *for transparency on my fees, rates shown here are before Pawshake Fees

A. House Visits / Dog Walking

1. Travel Distance Fee: Round trip from $1/km (measured from/to Rambutan Road)

2. Visit Options

(A) Quick Visit (<10 mins) @ $10
Walk: meet & greet, 5-minute potty break & wipe down
Visit: Top-up food / water, scoop litter box

(B) Standard Visit (<30 mins) @ $25
Walk: meet & greet,15-minute walk & wipe down
Visit: Quick Visit + wet feed cleanup + area tidy-up (e.g., sweep litter, wipe feeding area)

(C) Long Visit (<45 mins) @ $35
Walk: meet & greet, 25-minute walk & wipe down
Visit: Standard Visit + interactive playtime, treats, or light grooming

3. Timeslots:
07:00-12:00 | 12:00-19:00 | 19:00-00:00

B. Daycare / Pet Sitting / Overnight Stays 

• Daycare: from $10/hour
  evaluated on a case-by-case basis 
• Pet Sitting: from $10/hour
  evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Overnight Stay: from $100/night (minimum 10-hour stay)

C. Boarding
*Additional rates apply for Eve/Public Holidays and Peak Periods (eg. school holidays, long weekends, etc) or pets requiring extra behavioral/potty care.  

• Dogs: from $60/night 
• Cats: from $50/night (subject to suitability screening and availability) 
• Small Cages: from $10/night (e.g., Hamsters) 
• Medium Cages: from $20/night (e.g., Small Birds) 
• Large Cages: from $30/night (e.g., Rabbits)

3. PAWSHAKE FEES 

Understanding Platform Fees (For new Pawshake users) 

• 1st Pawshake Fee (Visible to Sitter)
  Pawshake Quote (includes a 19% service fee) 
• 2nd Pawshake Fee (Visible to Owner)
  Pawshake Quote + 9% service fee

Eg. 25% of what you pay goes to Pawshake for their guarantee. Calculation breakdown: 

• Sitter Rate: $81
  Pawshake Quote : $100 = $81 sitter rate + $19 app fee
  Final Owner Payment : $109 = $100 quote + $9 app fee
