Hi, I’m Aster!

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have two rabbits and one dog, and I’ve been independently caring for my own pets since I was 14. Over the years, I’ve also cared for four hamsters and six rats, all of whom lived full lives and passed away from old age.

Beyond my own pets, I’ve pet sat for friends’ birds, rabbits, hamsters, and dogs, and I’ve also fostered rabbits and hamsters. I’m confident handling dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and birds (including shy, anxious, or reactive animals).

I’m currently working full-time as a veterinary technician, and I previously completed an internship at a veterinary clinic. This means I’m comfortable with:

• Administering oral medications
• Basic medical care and monitoring
• Handling skittish or mildly aggressive pets safely
• Observing early signs of illness or discomfort

Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my top priority.

Services

🏡 House Visits

(I’m unfortunately unable to board pets in my home due to space constraints.)

I can travel to your residence 1–2 times per day to:

• Feed your pets
• Clean enclosures or litter areas
• Walk or provide playtime/enrichment
• Provide companionship and basic grooming if needed

Each visit lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I’m also happy to:

• Water plants
• Bring in parcels
• Keep you updated with photos and messages

Typical visit timings (subject to location):

Morning: 6:00 – 8:00 AM
Evening: 9:30 PM onwards

As I work full-time, these are my standard time windows, but I’ll always communicate clearly in advance.


🐶 Dog Daycare (Tuesdays Only)

8:00 – 9:00 AM
Morning walk (duration based on your dog’s energy level)

9:00 – 11:00 AM
Breakfast (if required)
Dogs will rest before and after meals and will be kept separate from my resident dog during digestion time.

1:00 – 2:00 PM
Afternoon walk or enrichment session (if your dog requires a potty break)

5:00 – 6:00 PM
Evening walk

6:00 – 7:00 PM
Pick-up time

Walk timings may be adjusted depending on weather conditions. Between structured activities, dogs will be supervised and may interact with my resident dog for socialisation and play (unless otherwise requested). Enrichment toys and puzzles will also be provided.

Rest periods and separation will always be respected, especially after meals or if your dog needs downtime.

I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. With my hands-on animal care experience and veterinary background, you can have peace of mind knowing they are in capable and attentive hands.
