I’m an animal lover and a pet owner myself, with a senior rescue dog who is currently on palliative care. Caring for her has taught me to be patient, observant and gentle, especially with senior pets or those who need a little extra attention. I’m comfortable giving oral tablets and have experience administering subcutaneous fluids as part of my own dog’s care.

I discovered this app while looking for support for my own senior girl. Working 8-hour shifts made me realise how helpful it is to have someone trustworthy who can pop by — because our pets still need toilet breaks, walks, food, attention and companionship while we’re busy. That’s what I hope to provide for other pet owners too. ❤️

For walks, I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine rather than forcing them into mine. A typical walk can be around 20–30 minutes, but this can be adjusted depending on their age, health, energy level and needs. For seniors or dogs with mobility issues, I’m completely happy with slower, shorter walks with plenty of sniffing and rest time. For more active dogs, we can have a longer, more engaging walk where appropriate.

I prefer safe and familiar environments such as your usual neighbourhood routes, quieter residential areas, parks or park connectors. If your dog has triggers, areas to avoid, specific leash requirements or certain habits on walks, please let me know — the more I know about them, the better I can care for them.

For home visits, I generally spend around 30 minutes with your pet and can help with feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship and their usual routine. If medication is required, we can discuss their needs and instructions beforehand so I’m comfortable providing it safely.

I’m also happy to send photos and updates during the visit or walk. If I notice anything unusual in your pet’s behaviour or condition, I’ll communicate it with you rather than assuming everything is fine.

My availability varies around my work schedule, so I’ll only accept bookings that I know I can commit to. During the booked care period, your pet will have my attention and I’ll always respect the routines, boundaries and instructions you’ve set.

Ultimately, I want you to feel comfortable going to work, running errands or simply having a day out knowing that your pet is being looked after by someone who genuinely cares about making their day a little better.
