Hello! My name is Amanda and I aim to be a safe space for all pets big and small. :) Our animals are also our family members and they deserve nothing but the utmost love and care. Breaking into pet-sitting is my way of giving back to the animals who have brought my life so much joy and sharpening my skills as a pet parent!

I have several years of experience raising and caring for pets. My childhood pets were mostly rabbits and hamsters and I grew up surrounded by medium to large-sized dogs, many of whom I grew very close to or were part of my immediate and extended family. Currently, I have a red-eared slider at home and care for a sweet little calico cat alongside my partner. 

Currently, I take requests for small to medium-sized pets (rabbits, hamsters, cats and medium-sized dogs specifically, such as Border Collies and Shetland Sheepdogs), but am open to dog-sitting or walking Labradors and Golden Retrievers. I aim to build enough confidence to care for higher-maintenance pets like large dogs (think German Shepherds, special needs dogs), so hopefully I'll get to update this bio in a few months!

Unfortunately, I do not offer boarding services. The only services I offer right now are home visitations/short pet-sitting gigs and pet-walking services!
