Boarding check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is before 12 noon. We no longer offer daycare service, as we believe in fostering strong bonds and relationships with pets through dedicated care.

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all, we kindly request that pets are freshly groomed before boarding. This helps keep them happy and relaxed, while maintaining a safe and pleasant space for everyone.

A dedicated family of two adults and two children is ready to offer exceptional pet-sitting services, including cuddling, petting, and outdoor walks. With a shared passion for animals and a loving home environment, we are committed to caring for your furry companions as if they were our own.  

Our home is clean and tidy at all times, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for your pets. We believe in a cage-free environment, allowing pets the freedom to explore and rest wherever they feel most at ease—just like they would at home.  

To prioritize safety, our windows are meshed with magnetic mesh and are never opened widely. We also only accept vaccinated pets to maintain a healthy environment for all animals in our care.  

As experienced pet owners, we understand the unique needs of animals and prioritize routine and proper nutrition. My husband’s background as an  ex-K9 handler adds a unique layer of expertise, ensuring that pets receive exceptional handling and care.  

Beyond pet ownership, our family has a history of volunteering with SOSD, an organization dedicated to rescuing and caring for stray and abandoned animals. This experience has deepened our understanding of animal welfare and compassionate care.  

With two children in our family, your pets will enjoy extra companionship and warmth. Our kids are well-versed in pet etiquette and know how to create a fun and engaging environment.  

We value open communication and will keep you updated throughout your pet’s stay with HD photos and updates. Your pets will enjoy a home away from home, filled with care, attention, and affection.  

Pre-Boarding Information 

To ensure the best care for your pet, please provide the following details before boarding:  

1. Contact Information – Your phone number and an emergency contact.  

2. Medication & Special Instructions – Clear instructions for any medication, dietary needs, or allergies.  

3. Behavior & Socialization – Any anxieties, fears, or behavioral concerns we should know.  

4. Feeding Schedule – Regular meal times, portion sizes, and dietary preferences (all provisions to be provided by owners).  

5. Emergency Care Authorization – Written consent for emergency veterinary care, including your preferred clinic if applicable.  

6. Comfort Items – Bedding, toys, or blankets to help your pet feel at ease.  

7. Exercise & Activity Preferences – Information on your pet’s routine and favorite activities.  

8. Emergency Contact Person – If you will be unreachable, please provide an alternate contact.
