Hi! I’m Rachel, a genuine animal lover and proud dog mum to my little apricot Maltipoo, Meimei. 🐾

Occasionally, I do help to take care of family or friend's dogs and cats when they travel.

Caring for Meimei has taught me how much patience, attention and understanding goes into looking after a pet. I’m very familiar with the importance of maintaining their routines, understanding their behaviour and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved when their owners aren’t around.

I’m comfortable caring for dogs and am also happy to discuss caring for other small pets, depending on their needs and the care required. I can assist with feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, walks, playtime, companionship, basic grooming, cleaning up and regular photo or video updates.

My typical dog walks are around 30 minutes, while visits are usually around 30–60 minutes depending on your pet’s needs and the service booked. For walks, I prefer safe, quiet routes around the neighbourhood and nearby pet-friendly areas, while avoiding overly crowded or stressful places where possible.

For home visits, I will follow your instructions carefully, make sure doors and gates are properly secured, and check that your pet is safe before leaving. For sleepovers, I’m happy to discuss the arrangement beforehand, including sleeping arrangements, home access and your pet’s usual nighttime routine, so that both you and your pet are comfortable.

Every pet is different, so I’m happy to follow your preferred routine and instructions as closely as possible. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, independent or loves lots of cuddles, I’ll take the time to understand their personality and comfort level.

I’m flexible and believe we can always discuss what works best for you and your pet. Whether you need a quick check-in, regular visits, walks, companionship or a more personalised arrangement, feel free to let me know what you need and we can work out the best option together.
