"Ann took excellent care of Chloe while I was away. She provided regular updates on Chloe’s well-being, along with plenty of photos which gave me great peace of mind. It was clear that Chloe was happy, comfortable and well looked after throughout her stay.

"We couldn’t have wished for a better place for our Yuma! ❤️
Yuma, our Vizsla lady, stayed with Youngju and her family — her husband and son — for two weeks, and from the very beginning we felt completely comfortable leaving her with them.
Youngju and her family took such wonderful care of Yuma. She was clearly loved, cared for and included in their family life, and we could tell from the photos and updates that she was genuinely happy and enjoying her time there. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that she was in such a warm, caring and trustworthy home.
Youngju was wonderful with communication, always kind, attentive and reliable. She clearly understands dogs and their individual needs, and we felt that Yuma was not simply being “looked after” — she was truly part of the family for those two weeks.
Another wonderful plus was the pick-up and drop-off service. Youngjuh and her family picked Yuma up and brought her back home to us afterwards. There is an additional charge for this service, but for us it was absolutely worth it and made everything so much easier and more convenient.
When Yuma got home, she was happy, relaxed and clearly very attached to her temporary family. That says everything. 🥰
A huge thank you to Youngju, her husband and her son for making Yuma’s stay so special. We would absolutely trust them with Yuma again and we will ;) We can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, responsible and genuinely caring dog sitter.

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"This is the first time we used Pawshake for our dog and I feel so much ease because of Cher and her dog Bailey.
Cher is a great communicator and kept me informed on everything. She knows dogs so well, also spoon fed our dog when she acted princess.
I would highly recommend Cher and she will always be our first preference for the next time.

"My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didn’t want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I haven’t engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandra’s frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandra’s parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face ☺️ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandra’s help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"We had an excellent experience with Kate and her family. I left Maple in their care while I was overseas, and I couldn’t have asked for better support.
Maple has a specific routine, everything was followed carefully. I received regular photos which gave me real peace of mind.
When I returned, Maple looked happy, healthy, and relaxed. It was clear he was well looked after and given plenty of attention.

"Glad is a patient and caring sitter. My friend and I have been engaging his services for about a month now for both Riley and Snickers. He genuinely cares about dogs and pays extra care to their needs from dietary requirements, daily habits & needs. The dogs even get multiple walks daily and trips to the dog park where they get to socialize and play with the other dogs. What really makes me love placing the dogs there is that even his entire family loves them! My mind is at total ease whenever the dogs are under their care. There will always be someone around to watch over the dogs at home. I would definitely recommend Glad to those of you who are looking for a sitter for your doggos. I'm 100% sure they would be taken care of and loved by Glad and his whole family (even Hayley, their own family dog)!"

"We had such a great experience leaving our Shiba Inu with Edmund for 2 nights! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and clearly very comfortable around dogs. His home was clean and welcoming, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away.
Our Shiba got plenty of attention and exercise, including long walks, and it was clear that she was well taken care of and happy during her stay. We really appreciated the updates and the care he put into making sure our dog was comfortable.

"We had such a wonderful experience with Melissa taking care of Jojo for 2 weeks! 🐶❤️
As first-time dog parents, we were naturally a little worried about leaving Jojo for such a long period, but Melissa took such great care of him and gave us so much peace of mind. Jojo was well looked after, happy, and comfortable throughout his stay.
Melissa was attentive to his needs, patient with him, and kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. It was also clear that she genuinely cared about Jojo and treated him like one of her own. 🥰

"It was my first time using a dog sitting service, so I had a lot of worries and many questions. They were incredibly kind and patiently answered everything, and always responded very quickly.
Most importantly, we left our three dogs with them, and they showed so much love and care for the dogs. It was really reassuring to see how well they looked after them. Our dogs seemed so happy and comfortable, almost like they were at home.
We will definitely ask them to look after our dogs again. Highly recommended!"

"Recently left my doggy with Vera for 12 nights. It was a wonderful staycation for him as Vera really dotes on him like how she does to her own furby. She will update me daily with pictures and videos of his activities. And quick to let me know of any issues. And there is always someone around in her family so Taro has no lack of companions.
He returned home, happy and relaxed. Reckon he has an enjoyable stay with Vera's boarding home. Appreciate her TLC during this period. I will not hesitate to leave him under the care of Vera next time."

"My first pet boarding experience and Nancy has TOP it off 100% by making me feel secure, safe and happy that my dog Gatsby has been very well taken care of!! She was really beyond my expectations and I wasn’t even worried during my 10days of overseas trip. She loves Gatsby like it was her own and sent daily photos, videos update. She even made a video story after the boarding. Her place is really nice and clean, around her estate is really good for dog walks which allows my dog to relieve quickly. Her balcony allows my dog to roam and chill. She makes sure she follows the timing meets to my dog walking and meals requirements. I will definitely come back to her again in my next trip."

"We boarded our dog BuBu with Siriporn for a week during our trip, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Siriporn is a very reliable and caring pet sitter. She took BuBu out for daily walks and even prepared fresh food, which we really appreciated. Her own dog, Milo, is a friendly poodle and got along very well with BuBu, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
What gave us great peace of mind was the daily photo and video updates. Siriporn is very responsive, communicative, and clearly trustworthy. We always felt that BuBu was in good hands.

"We had a great awesome boarding experience with Mrs Koh! She is wonderful, meticulous, friendly and took care of our dog even better than us. She is the best pet sitter that we have ever encountered. Firstly, communication with her was great, she makes sure that she has details of our dog’s diet, routine and characteristics etc so that she has a better understanding of her. On the day of boarding, she walk my dog around her neighbourhood so that she can familiarise with the new surroundings.
Most importantly, Mrs Koh has two dogs and my dog loves company. She is adapting quickly and well because of her two wonderful dogs.
Mrs Koh gave us a lot a lot of updates! Updates that always sent throughout the day, the walks, meals taken and the cuddles etc. She even edit the videos and made them into videos for us to view. Without fail, she will bring my dog down for walks 4 times daily. On top of that, she even bring her to dog parks and Pasir Park to picnic. "
