We are so grateful for the exceptional care our toy poodle received during his 5-night stay. It was obvious from the updates and the way he was cared for that he was genuinely loved and treated like family. The attention, patience, and affection shown went far beyond what we expected—honestly, we don't think we could have matched that level of care ourselves! "My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didn’t want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I haven’t engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandra’s frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandra’s parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face ☺️ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandra’s help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"We had an excellent experience with Kate and her family. I left Maple in their care while I was overseas, and I couldn’t have asked for better support.
Maple has a specific routine, everything was followed carefully. I received regular photos which gave me real peace of mind.
When I returned, Maple looked happy, healthy, and relaxed. It was clear he was well looked after and given plenty of attention.

"Eugene and his girlfriend gave me the best dog boarding experience I have ever had. They looked after my two senior dogs, aged 15 and 13, with so much care and love, treating them as if they were their own.
I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. They were attentive, responsible, and clearly very experienced with dogs. I am truly grateful for how well they took care of them. Whenever I am in Singapore and need boarding, they will always be the first people I reach out to. "

"We had a great awesome boarding experience with Mrs Koh! She is wonderful, meticulous, friendly and took care of our dog even better than us. She is the best pet sitter that we have ever encountered. Firstly, communication with her was great, she makes sure that she has details of our dog’s diet, routine and characteristics etc so that she has a better understanding of her. On the day of boarding, she walk my dog around her neighbourhood so that she can familiarise with the new surroundings.
Most importantly, Mrs Koh has two dogs and my dog loves company. She is adapting quickly and well because of her two wonderful dogs.
Mrs Koh gave us a lot a lot of updates! Updates that always sent throughout the day, the walks, meals taken and the cuddles etc. She even edit the videos and made them into videos for us to view. Without fail, she will bring my dog down for walks 4 times daily. On top of that, she even bring her to dog parks and Pasir Park to picnic. "

"Jill is a very responsible and caring pet sitter. My senior dog has respiratory and anxiety issues, and she was extremely patient and attentive, keeping in close communication with me throughout. She also went above and beyond by helping with basic grooming; cleaning his eyes and ears, trimming his nails, and even giving him a shower.

"It was my first time using a dog sitting service, so I had a lot of worries and many questions. They were incredibly kind and patiently answered everything, and always responded very quickly.
Most importantly, we left our three dogs with them, and they showed so much love and care for the dogs. It was really reassuring to see how well they looked after them. Our dogs seemed so happy and comfortable, almost like they were at home.
We will definitely ask them to look after our dogs again. Highly recommended!"

"We boarded our dog BuBu with Siriporn for a week during our trip, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Siriporn is a very reliable and caring pet sitter. She took BuBu out for daily walks and even prepared fresh food, which we really appreciated. Her own dog, Milo, is a friendly poodle and got along very well with BuBu, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
What gave us great peace of mind was the daily photo and video updates. Siriporn is very responsive, communicative, and clearly trustworthy. We always felt that BuBu was in good hands.

"Had a pleasant time boarding my pet with Edmund - he is responsible, responsive and is great at handling dogs. Accommodated to my pickup/dropoff timing.
