"Christine was amazing with our dogs in so many ways. She is calm and understands dog behaviour and care. She managed their daily needs thoroughly as well as daily medication and emotional support. Our dogs were treated as members of her family and were extremely happy and settled. I’d recommend Christine in a heartbeat and thank heaven we found her. "Andrej’s family took great care of my dog while we were away. He also provided regular pics/updates to let me know how my dog was doing/adjusting to a new environment. He was also very flexible in accommodating the drop off and pick up times. Overall the experience was great and we’ll pick him as a dog sitter again any day!"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We needed to find a pet sitter very last minute, and after looking around, we decided to leave our pug with Audrey, Hilary, and Irene because what stood out the most was that there would always be someone with the dogs 24/7.
Our pug can sometimes be nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about how she would adjust to the dogs in the house. But as soon as she arrived, she immediately started exploring the house and surprisingly got along very well with the other dogs, which made us feel so relieved. The dogs in their home were also senior dogs, so they respected each other’s space and did not bother one another. She also became clingy to them so quickly, which made us feel even more reassured that she was comfortable and happy there.
While caring for her, they took her on multiple walks, sent us adorable photos and updates, and genuinely cared for her with so much warmth and attention. Seeing her comfortable and well cared for gave us such peace of mind.
If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would absolutely trust Audrey, Hilary, and Irene again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!"

"We recently went on a trip and, for the very first time, had to leave our beloved Bruno for home boarding. Naturally, we were veryanxious, and was all worried if he will be able to understand it’s only for a short while and we didn’t abandon him but I think we found a very good pet sitter for sure.

"This is our first time dog boarding and we had a wonderful experience with Melissa, she went above and beyond with daily updates (pictures and videos) and even a video storey. Melissa cared for titto like she was her own and make sure to understand titto’s behaviours and mannerisms. We were so glad to know that Titto almost immediately settled herself in her new environment even though she is usually a rather anxious and nervous dog. Aisha and Ding dong were wonderful companions for titto to be around with. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Melissa again!!"

"Five stars, no hesitation! Lily and Jo took amazing care of Rocky. They are professional and attentive. The prompt updates and photos throughout his stay gave me such peace of mind while I was away. "Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"

"Helene is a truly caring and attentive dog sitter. She took the time to do a proper greet-and-meet to understand my dog’s personality, habits, and needs before the booking. She also went the extra mile by administering antihistamines to manage my dog’s skin issues, which gave me great peace of mind.

"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.
