"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing care given to our poodle, Asher, during the 14 nights we were overseas. Leaving your furkid behind for such a long trip is never easy, but from day one, we felt completely reassured knowing Asher was in a caring, responsible, and loving hands of Jessie and Sue.
Throughout the entire stay, we received regular updates, photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see how comfortable and happy Asher was. It was clear that he was genuinely cared for like family. His routines, meals, walks, playtime, and comfort were all handled with great attention and patience.
When we returned, Asher was healthy, relaxed, cheerful, and clearly very attached to his caregivers — which says everything about the quality of care he received. Jessie even went out of the way when the doggy diapers was not enough to cover the 14 nights. We truly appreciate the dedication, warmth, and professionalism shown throughout the stay.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.

"Diana and her hubby are both dog lover . They are very meticulous , caring and attentive to our puppy. Her hubby even massage our puppy on a daily basis . Diana send pictures and video everyday to update our puppy well being and behaviors for the day . We are very pleased to have found them to dog board. They easy going and flexible and accommodative to requests and never even try to change our puppy living habits to their convenience.

"Belle took care of Luna, our 7months old puppy for almost 2weeks.
She has also her own dogs, one shy girl and one friendly girl.
Luna is a bit scaredy dog but they all welcomed her and took care of her like their family.
Luna played with other girls everyday and learnt a lot of things from Belle and girls.
Belle communicated with us well and we didn’t need to worry about Luna.
I even thought Luna doesn’t want to come home when we pick her up 🤣
Belle is truly a nice sitter and I recommend her!!! "

"This was the first time I’ve used Pawshake. I was pleasantly surprised to see very good boarders here and I’m so pleased with Rithvik for taking very good care of Asher over two nights. I did not have to worry as Rithvik even came over to see Asher before boarding him. He’s a very patient, accommodating, friendly and importantly my Asher bonded with him immediately. I recently engaged Geraldine to care for my puppy Hershey for two separate boarding periods (December 1-11 and December 14-23), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided. Geraldine is clearly a very experienced dog lover, and it showed in every aspect of her care throughout both stays.
What impressed me most was Geraldine’s unwavering attention to detail and genuine dedication across both boarding periods. She provided daily updates on Hershey, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Beyond just feeding and walking, Geraldine went above and beyond - she cleaned Hershey’s feeding pot, carefully cleaned his paws, and even took care of his ear cleaning. These thoughtful actions demonstrated her commitment to maintaining Hershey’s hygiene and overall wellbeing.
The fact that Hershey settled in comfortably during both stays speaks volumes about Geraldine’s consistency and the trust she built with my puppy. Upon my return after each boarding period, Hershey was happy, healthy, and clearly at ease. It’s obvious that my puppy was in loving, capable hands throughout both experiences.
