"We had a great experience boarding our dog with Doreen. She was very responsive to messages and kept us reassured while we were away.
Doreen took excellent care of our dog and made sure he/she was comfortable and well looked after. We especially appreciated that she has her own poodle and other dogs boarding, which gave our dog companions to play with instead of being alone.
It was clear that our dog enjoyed the stay and was happy and relaxed when we picked him/her up. We would definitely recommend Doreen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog boarding service."

"Lina was absolutely wonderful with our dog. She sent us lots of photos and regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She is clearly very experienced and thoughtful, and always seemed to know how to help him settle down, feel comfortable, and stay happy. We also really appreciated how flexible she was when we unexpectedly needed to extend his stay. We’re very grateful for the care and attention she gave him and would happily leave him with Lina again."

"So thankful that Amy and family showered Hashy with so much love and treated him like their own furbaby🥰 Hashy had so much fun with Browny and family that he didn’t wanna come home from boarding (for the first time!)😂 Amy was very flexible with pick-up/drop-off arrangements, which we really appreciate. "Charmaine is an absolute gem! We left our precious girl, javine with her and could immediately tell she genuinely loves animals — she sent regular updates and photos throughout, which put our minds completely at ease while we were away. "10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaine’s updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vet’s instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! 🫶🏻
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where he’s grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.
