Hi! I'm Phoebe. I'm studying for my bachelor's at NTU. This means my schedule is flexible, with time to walk your pets in the morning or evenings and for full day pet sitting on selected weekdays. My winter holidays are coming up: 20th November 2023 to 12th January 2024 so you can leave your dogs in my care while you go on vacation.

So, why am i dog sitting? My love for dogs began when I was little, but owning one was never financially possible for our family. Seeing pet owners exchange pleasantries when I'm running in the park always leaves me hoping to have a dog of my own. While that may not happen anytime soon, I hope that through Pawshake, I can make some extra money to put towards getting my own pet one day. Until then, Pawshake can help me find a furry companion to make my weekly runs and walks more enjoyable. 

My most recent experience caring for a dog was during the Chinese New Year holiday, when my aunt fostered 3 puppies over the holidays. I learned to consistently wake up early at 7 a.m. to walk them, teach them tricks, feed them, clean up after them, and look out for telltale signs of sickness. Sometimes I find myself intuitively worrying about them when we are out. Thunder and lightning become telltale signs to rush home and check on the puppies, as they're terrified of it.

PS: Recently, I've been trying to go for daily walks, so having a companion while I do so would be great :)
