Hi, I’m Melissa 👋

I stay with my two friendly dogs and a helper in a calm, dog-loving home. I work primarily from home, which allows me to provide attentive care and regular supervision throughout the day. While I may step out briefly for errands, dogs are not left alone for extended periods. Between myself and my helper, there is consistent adult supervision at home.

Daily Routine & Care

🐾 2 walks per day (morning and evening long walks, short mid-day potty break if needed)

🍽️ Structured feeding according to your dog’s usual schedule

For Anxious or Senior Dogs

I understand that some dogs need extra reassurance, especially in a new environment. I take time to help them settle in gradually, maintain familiar routines, and provide a calm space if they need quiet time. For senior dogs, I’m mindful of pacing, mobility, and comfort.

Emergency & Safety

Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I am familiar with basic pet first-aid principles and will immediately contact you and the nearest vet should any emergency arise. I follow your feeding and medical instructions carefully and keep a close eye on any changes in behaviour or appetite.

Supervision

As I work from home, your dog will have regular human presence and interaction. My helper is also at home to support daily care, ensuring they are not left unattended for long periods.

I treat every dog like my own — with patience, attentiveness, and genuine affection. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away 🐶💛
