Leaving your pet in someone else's care can be difficult, and that’s fully understood. Care is provided with patience, kindness, and a calm, reliable approach shaped by years of caregiving and supportive work.

Experience includes palliative care for cats, boarding small pets such as rabbits, and administering medication such as oral medicine and eyedrops. Dog walks and visits typically last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your pet’s needs. Walks are paced according to age, energy level, and temperament, with close attention to safety and comfort. During walks, close attention is given to surroundings, leash or harness control, and your dog’s behaviour. If any unexpected situation arises, priority is placed on safely securing your pet and moving them out of harm’s way, followed by prompt updates to you. To ensure quality care and attention, only a limited number of bookings are taken each day.

A typical visit includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning up where needed, and spending unhurried time with your pet—whether that’s a walk, gentle play, or simply quiet companionship. Basic checks on your pet’s wellbeing are also done each time.

Each pet is cared for according to their own routine and personality. Time is taken to understand different temperaments, helping more anxious pets feel settled while giving confident pets the engagement they enjoy. Owners are welcome to share routines, preferences, and specific needs, so care feels familiar and consistent. Regular photo updates and simple check-ins are provided for reassurance.

If a pet appears unwell, every effort will be made to contact owners promptly to agree on the preferred course of action. In urgent situations, pets will be brought to an animal emergency clinic for timely care, with costs to be reimbursed. Any treatment preferences or specific instructions should be shared before handover to ensure care aligns with your wishes.
