my husband and i adopted our first cat eggie in 2020 from a rescuer. although she was a more antisocial cat, we wanted another to bring her out of her shell but left it up to fate. in 2023, our friend found a stray cat that had wandered into their home and hence we took him in and tada, chickie was now ours and we were now a family of 4.

however times weren't the easiest and we realised that chickie was FELV+ so we aimed to give him the best quality of life despite having to separate him from his sisters. we had a tough 1year living separately to prevent any cross contamination, before we had a comprehensive test done and found out chickie was FELV- and it was a false positive!! We have since tried to reintegrate them slowly for now but it's still a work in progress.

my husband and i love cats and wish to help out other owners in hard situations in taking care of their cats. we display strong will, care and love for our pets despite whatever health condition and would love to extend our help to take care of yours. we understand holidays are hard times for people and their cats, especially being apart, and how hard it will be for cats to go into foreign pet hotels with many other stranger cats. this is especially so if your cat is tested positively for any health conditions not accepted in pet hotels.

apart from cats, i have also pet sit on behalf of my sister for her corgi, so am familiar with dog caring and walking.
