Hi there! I’m Jiahui - a proud parent of two lovely brown tabby cats, and have experience in administering subcutaneous fluids and medication for my late cat who had kidney disease. Beyond caring for my own cats, I’ve been volunteering with animal shelters since 2020, where I look after cats and walk dogs of all sizes and personalities.

I believe every pet is unique and deserves care that fits their individual temperament and needs. Whether it’s a shy pet who needs gentle reassurance or an energetic one who loves playtime, I’ll tailor my approach to make them feel safe, understood, and loved. I also know how important it is to stick to their routines, so I’ll follow your instructions carefully to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away.

While my main experience is with cats, if you have other pets, I’d love the opportunity to care for them too — with your guidance and instructions. Every animal deserves kindness and understanding, and I’ll do my best to make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for.

I also hold a Diploma (Conversion) in Veterinary Clinical Science and a Certificate in Animal Welfare and Behavior, which help me understand not only how to care for animals but also how to make them feel emotionally secure.
