A couple who grew up with dogs and hamsters. We call ourselves ChiMama and ChiPapa because we preferred furkids to human kids. We have a 11 year old medium size female Chihuahua who is sterilised.

My hubby (Eric) is a retiree while I am working full time. We love to have the opportunity to provide your pet with tender loving care that only a pet parent would give.

1st time clients Meet and Greet Session

For 1st time clients, we will meet you and your fur babies to better understand the requirements and see if we are a good match.

For Dog Boarding / Day Care Service

Your pets get to stay with us and our sterilized Chihuahua and enjoy free roaming around our Yishun condominium. Pool view. No balcony. No cages. No children. Can sleep with us in aircon room. Daily walks and status update.

We will only be boarding dogs from 1 household at a time and up to 2 dogs of less than 8 kg.

In the event we need to leave your furkid home alone with our furkid, we can keep them separated with a baby gate.

Your furkid should be free of fleas and ticks upon arrival.

Please bring adequate food, treats, poo bag, leash and harness for duration of stay.

Do inform us of

- vaccination details 💉

- any medical condition 🩺

- any administration of medication 💊 required

- the details of your furkid's regular vet and animal clinic

We will consult you for advice in case of emergencies.

Transport service 🚙 is available as add on (one way from $15 to $50 depending on distance).

Drop off and pick up timing : negotiable.

Doggy Care - no overnight stay. Max 12 hours per day. Pick up by 9.30pm.

For Home Visit Service

Your pets will be mentally stimulated for about 30 mins while we feed, pet, play and interact with them at your place and clean up their toileting area. You will get at least one short video or some photos of your pets during each visit.

If not much cleaning required, complimentary short 10 min walk for only one dog during each visit

Do add on dog walking service if you need longer walks or have multiple dogs to walk.

Home security matters

- Do let us know how to access your home and provide the condo access cards and keys on the first visit.

- Confirm how you want us to return the condo access cards or house keys if any. For HDB, we can drop it into the letter box. For Condos, we can leave it in your house on last visit.

- Please lock up all your rooms and keep your valuables in locked rooms. We will not be responsible for any lost items.

Pet Food & Medication Matters

- Please let us know where the pet food is kept ,steps for preparation and how much to feed your furkids. We do not provide or purchase any pet food. We can only assist in heating up the food and putting the knibbles and/or pre prepared food together.

- Do include written details of medication to be provided.

- In the event, there is not enough food or medication, we will contact you for advice at least a day in advance.

Pet related Messes

- We will clean up the the poop 💩 and urine but not other areas. Please let us know how to access the cleaning equipment , dustbins , disposal area and newspapers if needed.

Emergencies

- In case of medical emergency, we will call you for advice before taking any action.

- Please provide the contact details and address of your preferred animal clinic and vet.

Transport

- We are able to send your pet to your preferred animal clinic if it is open at a reasonable fee per one way trip ($15 to $50 depending on distance).

Purchases of goods & services

- We do not usually carry out purchases. For the well being of your pet, we will assist when there is a need.

- All costs incurred will be borne by you.

For Dog Walking Service

Your pets get to enjoy 30 mins of walk around the vicinity. Please provide poo bags and leash.

You will get at least one short video or some photos of your pets during each walk.

Each additional dog will be charged separately even if we walk them together.

We do not walk your dogs with dogs from other households.
