After moving from India to Singapore a year ago with my husband, one of the biggest changes for me has been adjusting to life without dogs. Back home, my family home had three dogs and they brought so much joy, companionship, and energy into our daily lives. Not having that presence here has definitely left a gap. At the same time, I fully understand that having a dog is a significant, full-time responsibility that requires time, consistency, and often additional support—something we’re not quite in a position to commit to right now.

That said, my love for dogs hasn’t changed. I would truly enjoy the opportunity to spend time with and care for someone else’s dog, offering them the same affection, attention, and sense of comfort that I would give my own. Whether it’s helping out occasionally or on a more regular basis, I’d love to be that reliable, caring person a dog (and their owner) can count on.

I have flexible working hours and I can work from home on days when I am dog sitting. I go for walks normally twice a day but with dogs I enjoy taking them out every few hours for some fresh air! I do not normally like keeping the dog alone and there will always be either my husband or me in the house.
