I've been on another house-sitting app for about a year now where I have taken care of 7 dogs and 3 cats with stellar 5* reviews. It started because I was looking for ways to stay for cheaper when I took my Dad to see his dream: Niagara Falls in the USA in 2024, where accomodations per night could easily cost up to $200. After house-sitting for a year, including local sits, I felt it was time to perhaps explore this passion as a side hustle to recession-proof my income.

My work is semi-remote so if you need someone to be at home, I can be your new favorite god-pawrent! Happy to video call/meet for your consideration to see if we are a good-fit.

Please read through some ground rules and fyi for house-sits:

-Please share the key responsibilities (e.g. feeding times, walking schedule) and your pet’s typical behavior BEFORE we arrange a meet and greet. 

- Please inform me of everything I need to know you help keep your pet(s) happy and healthy! The more details, the better. Your pet's well-being is my priority! Essential info includes: preferred vet contact information, medical condition/history (if any) and any emergency contacts should you be uncontactable.

🐶For dogs: please inform me about their behaviours on walks. Are there any triggers / specific breeds/people to avoid? Do let me know in advance and I will follow your rules.

🐱 For cats (especially), I will be careful not to leave things like rubber bands lying around so that they will have zero chance of ingesting it.

- I will NEVER feed them anything outside of what you've given, not even human food unless instructed by you, so don't worry about that. If your pet has allergies, do inform me.

- I will send a daily report on their walks, pee/poop, anything interesting or out of the ordinary and of course picture updates! 🐾💩💛

- A little bit more about me 🍬: I don't drink coffee or alcohol and rarely cook, so rest assured your kitchen will be clean and drinks untouched. 

- I will not feel entitled to any of your food/drinks, so unless you have perishables or stuff that you would like to share with me, I would not assume access. Again, don't worry :-)

- I will bring my own soap, shampoo and towel! Would appreciate access to a dryer/washer if possible but not necessary if you prefer otherwise.

- If you have a regular cleaner coming in, I’d really appreciate a quick heads-up on their schedule. I sometimes have calls when working remotely, so it would help me plan ahead and make sure I have a quiet background. I’m happy to head into the office if needed—just need to work around the timing.

++ Surcharge of $10-30/day will apply for any special care (meds/wound care etc) or grooming
