Hello! I'm Sharon, I am a devoted meowmy to 2 cats and an avid pet lover. In my younger years, I've had dog and Chinchilla experience.
I've personally experienced the anxiety of finding a sitter/ boarder who cares for my pets like their own, understanding their own unique characterist traits, as well as needs and wants. Also realised that there aren't many sitter options in my area of residence. Hence I'd like to take this opportunity on Pawshake to contribute my care and love for pets to support fellow pet parents in my area. What's more important to me is your connection and comfort with me. So, let's have a chat, let me know your needs and we can work from there.
I have close friends who are also animal lovers and I've helped them out with boarding as well as house visits whe they travelled in the past. I believe in advocating for animals, who do not have the priviledge of their own voices and have volunteered in a rostered community cat feeding group for a number of years.
Would love to help you out with house visits for cats, dogs or any other small animals and daily walks for doggos. I can feed wet food, dry food, refreshing water and medication and have no qualms about cleaning up messes. I am well experienced in kitty playtime from handling and growing with my own 2 cats. And I enjoy it! I will give you photo/ video updates with each visit. I am also happy to do errands around the house like picking up mail, watering plants etc.
I am currently working in an office job but will have time in the morning/ evening/ nights and weekends.

Outstanding. Sharon looked after our 5 cats very conscientiously. Her updates, videos and photos were extremely reassuring, and we could see she invested time and effort to build rapport during her visits. Sharon also went above and beyond by washing and tidying up after the cats. No mean feat with 5 of them!
Definitely at peace with having her cat-sit for us again.
