Hi! Thank you for clicking on to my profile! I’m Audrey and I’m 26 this year! I’m currently working at a vet clinic. My passion for animals is something I have had for as long as I can remember. Working at a vet clinic, I have experience with administering medication, providing subcut fluids, and injectables for your pet should there be a need to. Rest assured, I will always be on my toes watching out for your pet’s health! I have experience with dogs, cats, and little critters such as birds, hamsters, terrapins, rabbits, chinchillas and aquatic animals. I only board one client’s pet at a time (unless stated otherwise) and I do not have any resident pets.

Here is my story:
Having grown up in Brunei until I was 16 years old gave me the opportunity to see firsthand on taking care all types of animals.
My first dog in Brunei was a mongrel, his name was Max. He was the sweetest puppy! Unfortunately, due to strict regulations in Brunei that dogs were denied vaccination or any type of vet care at that time, Max fell ill and was short lived. Despite all the setbacks, he truly showed me what being a carefree puppy was about.
Along came Lassie. Lassie became pregnant after a male dog sneaked into our compound and got to her. She welcomed us with 6 beautiful puppies (1 was stillborn) and I got to see first hand of Lassie giving birth. It was an amazing experience for any child to watch. All the puppies were given to good homes and we kept one of her puppies, which we called Pretty.
Lassie became pregnant one more time (accidental once again!) and this time welcomed us with 8 beautiful puppies. Brunei is pretty much a jungle with a city, so we have lots of predators lurking. One of them that night was a Spitting Cobra. Lassie alerted us and distracted the Cobra several times by biting it while my father tried to pin the Cobra’s head down. Unfortunately, the poison went into her bloodstream and she was survived with her 8 puppies. It showed me first hand on how fiercely loyal she was to protect our family and her puppies.
The next 5 months was constant bottle feeding milk, cleaning and bathing the 8 puppies with my Mother. The 8 puppies were eventually given away to beautiful homes :)
I have also kept turtles, many hamsters, handled rabbits and cats, frogs and even spiders.
After moving to Singapore in 2009, I have kept 3 beautiful hamsters named Oreo, Chachi and Frank. I have also volunteered at Mutts & Mittens every Sunday during my schooling day.
Audrey’s taken care of our Gracie really well! Will definitely have her take care of Gracie again in future.
