🧳 Arrival & Departure

Arrival and departure times will be mutually agreed upon prior to confirmation.

• Overnight stays typically begin in the late afternoon/evening

• Morning arrivals may incur a half-day charge

• Late-night departures may require booking that night

• Extensions due to delayed returns will incur additional charges

📹 Home Surveillance

• Cameras in one common area are acceptable if disclosed upfront

• Continuous audio recording of living spaces during overnight stays is not permitted

• Devices with two-way audio/treat functions must remain in common areas and not face private spaces

• In smaller homes without private space from surveillance, I may decline the booking

📅 Meet & Greet / Reservation Policy

• A $35 consultation / travel fee applies for in-person meet-and-greets prior to confirmation.

• If the booking proceeds, this amount will be deducted from the final total.

• If the booking does not proceed, the fee covers time, travel, and scheduling reserved for the consultation.

🔒 Booking Commitment

• Dates are only secured once both parties confirm the booking.

• Last-minute cancellations or changes after confirmation may incur charges, especially where dates have been reserved and other enquiries declined.

⏳ Short-Notice Enquiries

• Urgent bookings are welcome where availability allows, but advance clarity on expectations, dates, and payment is appreciated before arranging a visit.

• Pet sitting is a professional service involving time, travel, planning, and responsibility.

I provide dedicated pet care, companionship, feeding, walks, medication (if required), and routine supervision. Household cleaning, laundry, cooking, or unrelated domestic tasks are not part of pet sitting services.

Pet sitting involves reserving dedicated dates, travel, and responsibility around your pet’s care. As such, meet-and-greets and confirmed bookings are treated as professional service arrangements rather than casual standby availability.
